Simple Change - Sciatica Stretching + Exercise in Mindfulness

Normally I have sciatica stretches and I multi-task with Chinese. I would play a Chinese exercise and try to Translate it as I mindlessly go about my Sciatica Stretches.

Now I've tried to just use Mindfulness and Focus on the Relief, Pain and Discomfort of Stretching. Exercising Accepting the pain and Relaxing my body, as well as Avoiding the Pain and Tensing my body.

In order to Compensate my Chinese Auditory Training I need to load all my Chinese into Anki. there are about 8 x 35 Audio Triggers (where I need to have a Chinese Response) that I have to load on to Anki Droid.
