Shared experience and Experience Model

TIR shared experience can be found in talking about stuff. shared experience makes stuff more real and allows us to better think about stuff. 

people want to talk about problems not for people to solve the problem for them, but to share the experience. 

Food is one of the most Experiential activities we conduct. 
Talking is an experience. 
Connecting to people is an experience. 

The Experience Model is to look at certain activities and view them with the perspective that it is an Experience. The value of the activity is the ACTIVITY and not the outcome. Learning the INPUTS and Processes and Outcomes of an EXPERIENCE helps understand behaviors. 

The more expertly we can Apply the Experience Model to how people behave the more we can better predict and anticipate their behavior, requirements/inputs, challenges, and outcomes.
